Two mornings at the edge of the savanna, watching the light arrive. Amara has guided these plains for 8 years — he knows the hour the elephants drink, the hill where leopards rest at noon, and the exact spot where sunrise hits the acacia in a way that changes you. Dawn drive — the hour before the world wakes

A 4am departure from camp. Tea in the dark. A drive through dew-covered grass as the plains become orange, then gold. The animals behave differently in those minutes. Amara knows why.
